• We require TWO FULL HOURS for set-up (var).
• Your start time MAY BE DELAYED if the setup area is not clear two hours prior to start time.
• In the event of a delayed start time, your ending time will remain as agreed (see package and overtime rates etc...)
• Our dinner/cocktail music will allow you to avoid many setup problems. Ask your event planner for details.
• Any changes to your performance agreement MUST BE MADE IN WRITING.
